Be the Me You Want To Be: Freedom from Fear

Fear is a powerful and primitive human emotion. Critical to keeping our ancestors alive, fear alerts us to the presence of danger and signals how to react. On a biochemical level, fear is universal to everyone yet on an emotional level, how we adapt to fear is determined on an individual basis. Having the potential of growing into phobias and anxieties, unfortunately, fear can become paralyzing. The Bible has a lot to say about fear as well as overcoming it. Join us at StoneBridge this weekend, as we continue the series with a message from Pastor Jonathan, “Becoming The Me I Want To Be – Freedom from Fear”.

Share Your Story on How the Bible Has Touched Your Life

This summer our pastors will be presenting a message series on The Texts That Have Touched Our Lives. The series will include 4-5 minute videos featuring members of our church family talking about how their lives have been impacted by a verse or passage of scripture. If you have a verse or passage that has touched your life, please let us know so we can consider using it in the series. Click here to share your Bible text and story.

In Remembrance

Church member Rz Howell passed away on Tuesday, March 27th. There will be a memorial service for him on Saturday, April 28th at 10am at StoneBridge.

Opportunity to SERVE

Samaritan Center Dinner  Wednesday April 25th

We welcome volunteers to assist StoneBridge as we provide dinner to the less fortunate in our community the fourth Wednesday of every month. Opportunities are available to provide food and serve/clean up. Dinner is served from 5:00 - 6:00pm. If you are unavailable on the 25th, dishes can be made in advance and dropped off. You can also contribute by dropping off gift cards for Smart & Final at the church office. If you are interested in serving or need more information, please contact Scott Regier at 587-3821 (cell) or 583-3984 (home).

Jewelry from Uganda

A fun and unique way to participate in missions is to visit the ministry tables after worship this weekend and purchase paper bead jewelry handmade from the women in Wanyanga, Uganda. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the jewelry sales goes back to the women to buy food and clothing for their children. We thank the members and friends of StoneBridge for your support and continued prayers.

ACTION Serve Day  Saturday, May 5th @ 8am

Our Local Missions Team is sponsoring activities that include odd jobs at Tradewinds Mobile Home Park, serving at Ashlee Manor (by doing odd jobs, handing out groceries, serving lunch, and caring for our elderly neighbors), and a family-friendly/low-mobility project at StoneBridge where we'll pack hygiene kits for the homeless an write letters/draw pictures for For the Troops. For those who can't be with us on the 5th, join us on May 6th for serving the homeless at North Hollywood Park. Visit the ministry table this weekend after service to sign-up or find out more information.
